Almost there!!!

I am so excited! I am almost to my short term goal! My short term goal was to lose 20lbs in 1 month! I only have 1 pound to go and I have two days to lose it. I know I can do it! Just have to keep watching the calories. Also I have dropped down another catorgory according to the biggest loser book! So now instead of 1260 calories I only have 1190 calories! Whoo Hoo for me

No secret here!

Actually I am following the BL book. The calories anyway. I was sticking to the 1260 calories a day, eating fresh vegitables, and the big one PORTION CONTROL! I actually eat what I want to eat while cutting out all fast food and things like chips, candy, and that stuff. Example: Last nights dinner was 4 oz. of ground sirloin, 8 slices of pickeled beets, and 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup green beans. I put 1 slice of american cheese on the burger& 1tlbs Katsup. Desert was 1 chocolate fudge Skinny Cow bar.
Total calories:
Burger w/1 slice of cheese:260 calories
Katsup: 15 calories
Beets: 30 calories
Cottage cheese: 120 calories
Green Beans: 20 calories
Ice cream:100 calories

Total: 545 calories
It is actually alot of food and I am feeling full. I use the bow flex for about 20 min. and when my eliptical ever gets here I will start doing that.

Talking Great job!

Tammy you are doing great! Hmmm, if running after kids really boosts calorie burning, then maybe I should rent some kids to run after. Either that, or I could let Snoopy (my bunny) out of his cage and chase him around for a while. Do you have a favorite flavor of WW Pizza? Mine is the Margherita one, and the Veggie pizza. I used to buy so many, I think I should have bought stock in the company and become a zillionaire. Keep up the great work!
