I agree, I hate that week! I just down a lot more water and pep talk myself when I get on the scale. Go for a walk, it also helps me to work out when I am feeling bad and on the verge of pigging out.

Big Trip!

Ok, I was feeling so bad I decided to book a special summer tip. We are going to Disney World the first monday that my son gets out of school for 7 days. Whoo Hoo! Well that is sure an incentive to lose the weight. We went last summer and walking around with all this extra wight was such a downer. Not to mention looking at the pictures afterwards. But this year will be different! I am sticking to my 1260 calories and doing my exercises!

Wow that sounds like fun. I wanna go. LOL Trips are a great incentive to lose weight and you will have to go shopping for clothes to wear on your trip so you get the fun of doing that too. LOL Keep up the good work.

Starting Weight: 197 lbs (monday Jan 16th)
Weight Today: 179 lbs
This weeks loss: 3 lbs
Total Loss: 18 lbs
Goal: 135 lbs
Plan: STOP CRAVING CHOCOLATE!!!!! And DON'T use Valentines Day as an excuse to cheat!

Well since my trip isn't until May I have some time to lose the weight, as long as I keep going at this pace. I am so excited to really see results. I know we can do it everyone. This site has really helped keep me motivated. Thanks to everyone.

Thumbs down eliptical

Well, I just found out the eliptical I ordered is now on backorder and won't ship out until the 20th. I feel like I am just hanging on waiting for this thing. With the pain in my knee I can't run or anything. I guess I don't have a choice I will have to wait.
