It's been a busy day. To the point where I forgot to eat two of my snacks. I will figure a way to get them in because that will help me make it through the night. Well I didn't have to work tonight after all and I won't work Sunday but I forgot about Saturday. I will work Monday and Wednesday night though. Planning, planning, and more planning will be needed. Oh well...Tonight me and my mom were supposed to go to the gym but we just didn't feel like going. I will just get on my treadmill during "The Biggest Loser".

I added 2 snacks to my diet today to bring my calories to 1070. I felt much better with the additional protein.

Elizabeth...are you going through a nutritionist or doctor? Your calorie intake to me seems very low...is this good? How do I know how many calories I should have through the day?

I should be getting 1200-1300, I just wasn't keeping track of them before so I didn't realize I was so under. I am really working on getting them to 1200, but with a lot of healthy choices. I am going through a doctor and a nutritionist at my gym.

Well, I ordered my Billy Bands yesterday and another new Taebo dvd. I am excited about that. Leave it to me to not order it as a full set. I usually buy fitness dvds/vidoes individually which generally costs more but then I only get what I want and know I will use. I will be doing Taebo at 8am this morning. Well work depends on the snow today. I am thinking I will still have to because the snow is coming later. I am thinking I most definitely will not have my Water Aerobics class tomorrow. Looks like I will be doing Taebo again on Sunday. On Monday I was planning to get up and do a make up Water Aerobics class but we shall see. I may be Taeboing it again. Right now I am not feeling my treadmill or pilates. I am wanting to do Taebo which is not a bad thing. I am weighing today so I will post that in the appropriate thread and get to change my signature because I know I am down I just don't know how many pounds.

I finished Taebo-ing and it was a great workout. There are some combos I need to work on to get it right. Work is still in question, but I think Water Aerobics for tomorrow is out. Good I will be Taebo-ing again. I weighed and I am very happy with my results. I am down 3.5 more pounds!!!

I have several Ta-bo DVD's. I need to pull them back out and start doing them again. Maybe switching between them and my Biggest Loser DVD, that way I won't get bored.

Great job ont he weightloss!!!!
