Hi,
Most people don't call me over weight. Just middle aged. I am tired of the extra pounds and can't find a way to get them off. I lose 10lbs and gain them right back the next week. The grandkids are already looking at bathing suits in the store and saying "nana this year are you going to get one". I don't think I ever want to see myself in a bathing suit again.

Love the show, it is so encouraging.

Hello Crabinabox and welcome to the forum! Make some small changes to your diet, like adding water and taking out high calorie drinks, then try to incorporate 1 more serving of dairy and 1 serving fruit or veggies. Then try to get a little more active each day, even if that means doing something around your house like cleaning instead of exercise. Make little changes like these until summer and you just might change your mind about that swimsuit!

instead of choccie have a fruit instead i still allow 1 treat a week which helps as well.
