well this is it this is my first day last night was the first episode and i plan on watching the whole thing i hope it will motorvate me to loose my unwanted bulge today went to the gym for the first time in 6 months I did 2 hours i feel good but am not sure how i will go on days when am working

any how am glad the show is on every night so i dont loose momentum .good luck to me and you may we all be thin
