Talking Hi Missingme

Hello...
I think we have all hit the plateau monster at one time or another. Are you eating and drinking enough? Taking in too much soduim? When was the last time you switched up your work out routine? Sometimes your body needs to catch up with your new lifestyle. If you keep plugging away, sooner or later (hopefully sooner), your body will catch up and you will start losing again. Also, do you have some of your old clothes you can try on, or some new ones? Clothes are a more accurate than a scale. Just because the numbers arent changing, doesnt mean you arent losing inches. It's tough to deal with, but you will get through it. We are all behind you!! Hope I said something to help you.

Hi missingme welcome to the site! Congratulations on the weight loss so far Definitely make sure you are taking in enough calories, it takes calories to burn calories. If you are using the same exercise routine try switching to something new. Watch your sugar intake and lower your carb intake. Good luck and let us know how it goes!

Sometimes if you just up your calories for a week and then back them down again, it can jumpstart your metabolism. I agree that changing your workout routine can help too. Let us know what it is that you are doing and maybe we could help more.

HI MIssingme,

I agree with what the others said, sometimes you need to shake your body up. eat a little more, exercise a little more, eat different things, drink more water. Spread your calories out differently through the day. Platues aren't the same for everyone so you will have to find what works for you.
Good luck
