Hi Missy, welcome. Your diet plan sounds pretty intense. Does it make you feel satisfied? I am such a diet wimp. I have had the hardest time finding a program that I can live with. I don't want to change drastically and then eat later. I want something that I can do forever. The personal trainer sounds great. I hope to one day get my finances under control enough to be able to afford a gym membership.

The way the diet is set up is great because I never feel hungry. Here's how it works...

Breakfast-eat at 7:30am
Snack-eat at 10am
Lunch-eat at 12:30pm
Snack-eat at 3pm
Supper-eat at 5pm
Snack-eat at 7pm

So you are pretty much eating something every 2-2 1/2 hours so you never get hungry, they are just smaller portions. I eat a total of around 2140 calories a day. If you do get hungry...don't eat...WATER WATER WATER. Water is great for making you feel full..if you don't like the taste of water, buy those packets of Crystal Light to put in it, that's what I use. I hate the taste of regular water.
