Talking Welcome Season 4 Losers!!

Just wanted to say hi to everyone watching the site and to those who have just recently joined. There's probably going to be many surprises brought forth in this new season and many new challenges. I personally am watching for the motivation, inspiration and the success stories.

Don't get frustrated with yourself if you don't drop big numbers like they do on the show though...slow and steady wins the race!! This is a lifestyle change. You didn't put the weight on overnight....so don't expect it to come off that way! One step at a time, one change to your diet at a time. You'll all get to where you want to be. All you need is a positive attitude. That is the ONE thing I have learned through all this....having the right attitude is key to your successes. Just like they say on the show...there is no such thing as "I can't."

Welcome again. I hope to get to learn more about each and every one of you, I hope you find your inspiration to change your life.

If you ever need anything...please don't hesitate to ask anyone here.

I love the show. I'm so glad however, that you pointed out that none of us should expect the kind of numbers they lose on the show every week. I don't think anyone should jump into the types of workouts they do, the way they do on the show. Unless you are under the watchful eye of a Dr. or trainers, you shouldn't push yourself that hard until you build yourself up a little bit. Too many times, people get super motivated and go at it hard, only to end up so sore and hurting that they vow to never do it again. I wonder how many of those guys would have gotten up on Day 2, if not for their trainers.
But they do what they do to get us to watch. And it is so cool to see these people transform. I do hope this year doesn't have all the drama they had last year. I really don't want to dislike any of the contestants, and I really did last year. I want to be pulling for them all!
I'm very excited for tomorrow's show, and to see how the black team is doing. I hope all the contestants realize the incredible gift they've been given, by being chosen to participate, make the most of it and don't the the 'game' take over. I know they all want to win, but as has been said many times before, they all win by learning and changing their lives.
I hope this new season brings more people on to the boards. I hope the new people stick around!

brutal

I can't believe the losers don't end up with knee problems, thats a lot of pounding. I'm sure they screen first but even healthy joints can't get beat up especially doing those quick lateral movements. I've also noticed that all the female losers are aready beatiful women. No ugly ones in site (bad for ratings)
