1) How did you hear about the site?
Through google.

2) Reasons for joining?
For support.

3) Current Weight
225
4) Current/Past Lifestyle Habits (do you exercise and if so for how long, what exercise? what is your nutrition like, what are you eating on a daily basis? do you smoke? drink?) I go through spurts where ill go to the gym a few times a week for about 45 mins then ill stop going all together, i have no motivation, i have alot of trouble with cravings, and ive been overweight most of my life.

5) Things you have trouble with in losing weight
CRAVINGS
eating healthy i find myself conssuming far too many breads and cheeses and pasta because i am vegetarian, also i live in nanny so i eat whatever they buy and sometimes theres not alot of veg friendly stuff other than eggs a salad bread pasta or cheese

6) Things you have tried in the past for weight loss (did they work before?)
i went through a phase where i barely ate anything at all and lost 30 lbs. then i went through a bad break up and gained it all back and i have slowly lost another 20.

7) What do you want to change in your life?
My eating habits.

8) What are your short and long term goals for weight loss?
Id like to lose atleast 50 lbs

Welcome, Christina. There's a lot of inspiration and some good ideas to be found here. It's helped me a lot. I have lost 30 lbs over the past year since I found this forum, and I plan to just keep at it! Regards, Sue
