Hello and hints a plenty
Hi, AKM here, I'm 41 and a trainer/nutrition consultant/rehab-sports massage therapist. I've lost 95 lbs 12years ago when I got back into lifting. Started at 275lbs on Feb 1st 95, got to 178 at 6'2, I don't remember how long it took, not long though. I got into competitve bodybuilding a few years later. I love to The BL show and want to be part of this community to share what I know and maybe help make difference.
