Hi, Anyone here? It seems like folks are on vacation until the new season starts?
Well, I guess I'll just introduce myself to the walls on the board, that sounds kind of weird. Any ways, my main goal is to lose weight for me (hence my user name)...forme. I'm 34 and married to a great guy for 15 years and we have two wonderful daughters (wonderful for the most part, trying for others...but they're 8 and 12 so anyone with kids understands).
All in all I've gone from weighing 212 on April 14, 2007 to weighing 199 today, July 1, 2007 by eating a low carbohydrate daily diet and exercising, walking 3-4 miles a day w/ab work and also working on adding weights. I'm a naturally slow loser, so I don't expect miracles of dropping weight over night. That being said, I love watching The Biggest Loser because it's a great inspiration to folks changing their lives inside and out. I own Bob's book from last season and read it quite a few times...really a cool thing.
Looking forward to Season 4!
