Aug 16: 45 min leg weights workouts, 1 hour on the elliptical crosstrainer
Aug 17: 45 min ab weight and lower back workout, 1 hour elliptical and a 40 min walk
Aug 18: shoulders, biceps & triceps weights workout, 1 hour elliptical and a 40 min walk
Aug 19: DAY OFF....
Aug 20: DAY OFF...
Aug 21: fat burn room 1/2 an hour, 1 hour elliptical
Aug 22: ab weight and lower back workout, 1 hour elliptical
Aug 23: fat burn room 1/2 an hour, 1 hour elliptical and leg press
Aug 24: ab weight and lower back workout, biceps & triceps, 1 hour elliptical, 40 min walk
Aug 25: fat burn room 1/2 an hour, 1 hour elliptical, 40 min walk
Aug 26: DAY OFF....

Aug 28: 1/2 hour fat burn room, 1/2 hour elliptical
Aug 29: leg workout, ab & lower back workout, 1 hour on elliptical
