August 1: Walking; Hitting a bucket of golf balls at the driving range
August 2: 30 Crunches; BL Workout dvd; 5 minutes walking lunges
August 3: 30 Crunches; 3 mile walk with Buddy; 5 minutes walking lunges
Wow I missed a while... ooppss
August 14: 3 mile walk; 5 minute walking lunges
August 15: Allergy problems, didn't exercise
August 16: 1.5 mile walk with Buddy; 5 minutes walking lunges; worked with free weights 20 min

Aug 1: weight lifting 1/2 an hour, 1 full hour elliptical
Aug 2: weight lifting 1/2 an hour (with trainer), 1 full hour elliptical

Aug 5: nothing, I get weekends off
Aug 6: nothing...well, some light cleaning of the apt

Aug 18: shoulders, biceps & triceps weights workout, 1 hour elliptical and a 40 min walk

Aug 21: fat burn room 1/2 an hour, 1 hour elliptical
Aug 22: ab weight and lower back workout, 1 hour elliptical
Aug 23: fat burn room 1/2 an hour, 1 hour elliptical and leg press
Aug 24: ab weight and lower back workout, biceps & triceps, 1 hour elliptical, 40 min walk
Aug 25: fat burn room 1/2 an hour, 1 hour elliptical, 40 min walk
Aug 26: DAY OFF....
Aug 27: DAY OFF....
Aug 28: 1/2 hour fat burn room, 1/2 hour elliptical
Aug 29: leg workout, ab & lower back workout, 1 hour on elliptical
Aug 30: 1/2 hour in fat burn room, 1 hour elliptical

August 1 - Leslie's Walk and Kick, 15 minutes toning and stretching
August 2 - 68 minute walking ( 4 miles) 10 minutes toning and stretching
August 3 - nuthin
August 4 - Jillian's Maximize -- Back in Action . 25-30 minutes. Whew!! Bowling -- 2 games. ( no snacking, so it counts!)
August 5 - nuthin' again! Does tromping around in a mall and a wal mart count?
August 6 - 3 mile walk ('bout an hour) 10 minutes with exercise band, and stretching.
August 7 - Jillian's Maxmimize -- Front, 25 minutes.
August 8 - 45 minute walk. 20 minutes, weights, stretching and abs. TOM
August 9 - 3 mile walk -(50 minutes) 15 minutes toning, stretching
August 10 - nothing 'official'. 2 hours, walking, playing in the river with the kids. YEEHAW! 15 minutes, abs, stretching, and toning.
August 11 - Jillian's 'Back in Action'
August 12 - 4 mile walk -- 1 hour 5 minutes. 15 minutes weights, stretching, abs
August 13 - 5 mile walk - 1 hour 20 minutes. 20 minutes lower body workout w/ abs and stretching.
August 14 - 50 minute bike ride, 15 minutes yoga
August 15 - 40 minute bike ride, 30 minute upper body workout.
August 16 - 40 minute bike ride, 20 minutes stretching and abs
August 17 - 25 minute upper body. 15 minutes yoga
August 18 - day off.
August 19 - 3 miles, walking around fair -- a lot of standing. That's about it.
August 20 - 30 minute cardio, including lower body workout. 10 minutes abs, and stretching
August 21 - 4 mile walk. 30 minutes upper body, and stretching
August 22 - 35 minute bike ride 15 minute stretching and abs
August 23 - 50 minute bike ride, 10 minute stretching
August 24 - 20 minutes lower body and abs
August 25 - nothing official, but I wasn't a couch potato either! Lots of walking around, and on my feet.
August 26 - no work out, but a productive day in other ways.
August 27 - 4 mile walk, 15 minutes upper body workout
August 28 - 30 minute step aerobics with weights.
August 29 - no work out.
August 30 - 15 minute lower body - 55 minute bike ride - 10 minutes abs and stretching
August 31 - 30 minute bike ride - 30 minute upper body
