Exercise Accountability--July

Here I go again. Lets try this with a new month.
Goal: Exercise at least 1x/week

July 1: no exercise
July 2: no exercise
July 3: no exercise
July 4: no exercise
July 5: no exercise
July 6: no exercise
July 7: no exercise
July 8: no exercise, okay tomorrow is a new week. I will try again
July 9: Yeah!!, I exercised. 20 minute Pilates Circle Workout. It's a start
July 10: no exercise
July 11: no exercise
July 12: 20 minute Pilates Circle Workout
July 13: no exercise
July 14: no exercise
July 15: 20 minute Pilates Circle Workout
July 16: no exercise
July 17: no exercise
July 18: Swimming
July 19: no exercise
July 20: no exercise
July 21: no exercise
July 22: no exercise
July 23: no exercise
July 24: no exercise
July 25: Swimming
July 26: no exercise
July 27: no exercise
July 28: no exercise
July 29: about 5 minutes of the Urban Rebounder Firstimers Workout
July 30: Urban Rebounder Firstimers Workout
July 31: 1st Personal Training Session

OMG, I totally forgot to keep updating the other one! *LOL*

Anyways....

July 3 - 1/2 hour weight training (trainer), 1 hour cardio, 30 min walk
July 4 - 1 hour cardio, 30 min walk
July 5 - 1/2 hour weight training (trainer), 1 hour 1/2 cardio, 30 min walk
July 6 - 1 1/2 hours cardio, 30 min walk

CW: 148 lbs--Oct 11/08
Goal: 125-130 lbs (18 pounds to go until my 1st goal)
Weight Loss so far: 113 pounds!!!!!!
