I ususaly loose intrest in excersize equipment and products after a while but the Urban Rebounder is as fun as described on the infomercials. I've had mine for 10 months now and I still love it. For all of you guys with past knee injuries like myself, I can tell you the the Urban Rebounder really absorbs the shock and will not send you falling to the floor in pain when you jump on it. I recomend this product to everyone no matter what fitness level you're at.

I am a total fitness-phobe. I've tried every workout out there and could never stick to anything and never got results. The Urban Rebounder got me over my fear. I tried it at first, and went through all the various workouts. As usual I gave it up, but when I hit a weight I could no longer live with, I went back and worked my way up to the Advanced workout. I now do it 6 times a week for a half hour a day. I've lost eight pounds in 6 weeks and I am definitely seeing the results. The weight continues to come off and I'm fitting into my clothes better. I will be sticking with the Urban Rebounder. It's fun and I actually want to do it. At total change for me! I'll be fitter at 40 than I've ever been. Thanks, J.B.!

I bought the Urban Rebounder and couldn't be happier! The Ab Bounder workout is wonderful as are all of the other routines! The rebounder itself is durable and well worth the money! It does take a little time to get used to jumping correctly but the health benefits are worth it!

I bought the Urban Rebounder because even though I go to the gym, I don't get much cardio. Mostly because it's not much fun. I ordered this product because it sounded like it was good for the joints and even though I'm only 39, I have osteopenia (the start of osteoporosis). Anyway, I LOVE my Urban Rebounder! So much that I ordered another compilation video and am putting another on my Christmas list. It's the first piece of cardio equipment that I've actually enjoyed and I have quite a few machines. It is a pain to fold up so I just leave it in my living room. I love it so much I don't care how it looks. After only 3 workouts my pants were loose and I'm not even trying to lose weight, just get healthy. Best excercise purchase ever!

The Urban Rebounder is an awesome piece of equipment. I have tried so many types of exercise equipment and videos and i highly recommend this one. The rebounder is well made and the videos are excellently produced. I feel this type of exercise can be adjusted to first time beginners to the advanced level. You can be in control of what you do and how much. I am between intermediate and advanced and I find I get a very good cardio workout on this.Although I don't care much for the Pilates routine video - I feel the Rebounder is meant more for getting a total cardio workout. That is what I use it for. I also think the videos are well done and the instructors are knowledgeable - before the workout even begins there is a section on how to do the exercises properly so you don't become susceptible to injury.

The Urban Rebounder is the first fitness product that I bought from an infomercial that I was truly satisfied with. I am very happy with the results that I am getting from the workouts. I highly reccommend this product. This is definitely not a ripoff. The Urban Rebounder is great!

I really didn't believe that the type of springs used in this product would make a big difference, so I too bought a cheap model first. I still liked the workout that I got with it, but it was very jarring and much noisier. I just got my urban rebounder yesterday and the difference is incredible!! I love it and would recommend it to anyone, although it is a bit time consuming to fold it up. I will probably lean it against a wall until company is coming, then fold it up. Big breasted gals, invest in a good sports bra with underwire support. The bouncing can be quite painful! I am impressed with the workout tapes so far and there seems to be a great variety in the ones that he offers. I am thrilled!!

Just started urban rebounder. So far I am enjoying it, seem to be getting a workout. I agree with another reviewer that the people seem a bit odd- but all are in fantastic shape. My only complaint is how noisy it is. My springs are very loud and squeky. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem.

Fantastic product. Excellent and sturdy trampoline, although not so easy to fold for a small woman. Brilliant and inspirational videos. It's suddenly fun to exercise and I can see results already.

Excellent all over workout! I don't like spending more than 30 min. working out. Bought a cheap trampoline & comp #1. Wanted to make sure I could handle the workouts (I'm 46). Really loved it, went ahead and bought the urban rebounder. Definitely a difference in rebounders. Absorbs the bounce so much better. Large variety of workouts too - don't get bored!

I also tried it using a small tramp. from another source -too jarring. Got the Urban Rebounder tramp -- its a soft, rhythmic bounce as they say. I guess the springs do make a difference. I love the variety of workouts that are available.

I just started rebounding and I really like it. I work up a good sweat and it's fun. The rountine (basic) is good, but the people are kind of odd. JB likes to talk to himself in the 3rd person sometimes, but it's not hard to get past that. Your feet will hurt at first (increased circulation) and it will take some time to get used to the bounce, but overall I think I will get great benefits from this product.

I've had my Urban Rebounder for about 9 months now and have had GREAT results! At first I did it about 3x a week, but now I do it twice. It's really an awesome workout. My favs are Basic Bounce and Box and Bounce. I stopped doing the UB for about a month and got kinda out of shape, but now I'm doing it again! So it's all in all a great product!

This is an awesome workout and it has many benefits if you read up on the subject. Don't make the same mistake I did and buy a cheap rebounder/trampoline. I tried to do the workouts on it and I couldn't get through the beginner tape on the cheap model. It hurt my legs and my back. So I returned that one and ordered the Urban Rebounder. I received it today and made it through the workout with a lot less effort but if you think it looks easy, it is definately a workout. The authentic Urban Rebounder is much easier to use and it's high quality. The videos that come with it are well done. It's an investment but it's worth it. I found out the hard way.

I love my rebounder! It truly is a fun workout! I've lost 10 pounds in less than three weeks by eating sensibly and spending a half an hour on the rebounder twice a day. It's a great way to shake up a stale workout routine or break through a weightloss plateau!
