Fun Ideas?
Going to the park today and playing catch with the football got me thinking. I know I do a regular exercise routine day after day...but something like this makes it fun! What other ideas do you guys have for exercises that are fun???

I did borrow my sisters rollerblades once, but I couldn't bring myself to go out and do it. I was terrified. For one, I am scared of heights...and then to fall on top of it and hurt myself completely made me re-think the idea..lol

There are so many - I think you all have covered most of them...but you forgot Soccer - this is an all-out cardio workout! You are moving all the time. I just got back in from playing with the kids...played catch football with Grant for 15 minutes; played softball with Sam and Grant for 1.5 hours. We had so much fun....the kids even made a comment b/c I ran to get a ball in outfield and Sam said "Look Mom says she can't run." Grant said "Yeah...she is doing it good." LOL Then Sam makes the comment "but she has big boobs - that is why she doesn't like to run." LOL LOL LOL Too funny!!! She is so right, too!

I'll second chasing pets... and throw in a walk to run errands. When you walk places, you have more time to think, to notice and appreciate your surroundings, to let life be slow for a little bit without getting angry at traffic, or rushing all over town. It's nice to just walk to the library or video store (if possible).

I don't need any more boobage either Carrie..lol
Right now I am a 42D and I completely hate it. I'd love to be a small C or so. I hate being a D because I can never find decent looking bras...and I hate those ones that have the huge straps and are all lacey and grandma-like. At least when I go shopping, I always see a huge selection of C's available...I won't have any more problems!
