Patty’s Workout Schedule --- June
Goal:Step up workouts to 1.5 hours daily - instead of 45 minutes...starting June 8th.
June 6: 3 miles with Leslie Sanson - 45 minutes; Pilates with Leslie - 7 min
June 7: 1 HOUR WALK OUTDOORS & MOWED LAWN - 1 HOUR
June 8: 32 minute walk with iPod music (indoors); 90 minutes - 6 miles with Leslie --- TOTAL 2 hrs and 2 minutes
June 9: 1 hour walk (outdoors)
June 10: No exercise – worked @ Mom’s house
June 11: No exercise – baseball game
June 12: 45 minute walk outdoors – Sculpt & Tone (30 minutes) – Played outdoors with kids for 1.5 hours

1 hour walk outdoors ---total 3 hours and 45 minutes
June 13: 1 hour walk (outdoors) very brisk pace -
