21 Day Challenge II
This challenge is a walking challenge for me. I plan to walk at least 30 minutes everyday. That could be on my treadmill, on a trail, on the track at the gym and if truly a busy day I will have to put a pedometer on that day and count steps as my walk.
Day 1 & 2
Completed Day 1. It was a extremely busy day but I did a ton of walking. I have a few pedometers so I have to always have one with me in case of days like yesterday. Today I walked 30 minutes on my treadmill.

Day 3
I completed my walk about 20 minutes ago. I walked the trail outside my office door with a Fit Club friend. Very good walk. We kept a good pace, heart rate got up, hilly, challenging but not so much I wouldn't want to do it again. We walked for 30 minutes.

PattyAnn - 3rd day
DAY 3...I went to the park with my girls today - played on the swings with my little one and played softball with my oldest. We were there for an hour...swinging brings back so many memories of being a child. Such a good time!

I think that is a fantastic challenge, 72butterfly....very good idea. I do like the idea of a challenge to MOVE every day for 30 minutes, in a way that will get the heart rate up, and walking is an excellent way. Good for you! Keep us posted.
Congratulations on your weight loss so far!!

Day 4
I just walked 30 minutes on my treadmill. I am thinking of buying a Leslie Sansone WATP DVD. Any suggestions? My last challenge I was getting a little bored towards the end so I am trying to combat that early this time. I need a variety of ways to complete my walking on a daily basis. That will help me get through.

WATP is a really good series!! I have several of the series, the WATP abs would probably have to be one of my favorites though. But they are pretty much all the same (same basic steps <knee ups, kicks and side to sides> with different sequences and tempos. I also like her walk and run dvd (you never really run, you jog back and forth), I'm pretty sure I saw that one the other day at walmart too (8 or 9 dollars).
Good Luck with your Challenge!!

I would definitely suggest Leslie Sanson - my favorite is also WATP abs...3 miles. It is very fun and easy to workout with Leslie...always smiling.

PattyAnn's 4th Day
Day 4 - I played tetherball with Sam and my husband today. Sam beat me as usual - she is really good at this...but then again she has more practice. LOL
