BL DVD kickin my butt...LOL

So I am on my second week of the DVD and those of you who are doing it know .... it is kickin some butt!!! Hopefully makin my butt smaller, LOL. I was doing the high impact cardio yesterday and it was burning sooooo badly. I had never done those types of moves... UGH! (well some of them) I am a little sore today but the scale was nice to me and I just feel great. What I didnt like was that when I would move I could feel my love handles giggling!!! ha ha ha I do love it!!!

That sounds like a great workout. And about the love handles as you keep doing the workout you should feel them less and less. LOL Keep it up your doing great!!

Stephanie...I noticed the weight loss (signature) - way to go! You are doing awesome. I am starting my third week of BL workout and I am doing okay with it. I am doing what they recommended on the dvd - the first 3 weeks I am doing the Low Intensity and alternating with Sculpt & Tone. I love Sculpt and Tone - I have injured my back doing the Low Intensity workout (I think)...it is when we plant our feet and go back and forth with the upper body...I have had to slow down on my workouts this past week. It is a very good workout - thanks to Aaron I was able to get my dvd and book.

Glad that you are keeping up with the positive outlook.

I just did the DVD for the first time, felt GREAT! I can't wait to try the sculpt part.
