I was able to get through the workout today - felt good. I am hoping that my legs are not in pain tomorrow - I have too much to do tomorrow to be sittin' b/c of pain in my lower leg.
I'm glad that we have inspired you - your words are always so encouraging. THANKS!

I'm so glad we can help each other. I went home last night and actually exercised for the first time in over a week! I did both high and low cardio along with a 1 mile walk with Denise Austin (review in my journal). I did it! I exercised again, and by myself too! I've never even attempted both BL workouts in 1 day, but I have some making up to do. And tonight I'm going to exercise again -no excuses. Everytime I exercise I hear more and more of what they say in the video -this time it was Bob saying "there's no easy way to start, just do it" really caught my attention. It's just like you guys have said to me -just get yourself moving.
Patty Ann, I hope your leg is feeling better today. My left upper leg hurt yesterday too. I think I just slept funny on it so I did the all the modifications involving that leg. I know I can't let injuries stop my workouts. I went to a yoga class last fall for 4 weeks, then I bruised one knee really badly and never made it back to class again. It's important to take care of injuries, but also not to let it be an easy excuse, as I know I'm prone to let that happen.
I'm so glad you're feeling better about your workout level. There's room to grow in your exercise regime, and there always will be. Whenever I've used a taped workout I always fall all over the place the first few times especially trying to keep up and figure out the moves and I feel like the most uncoordinated person. But after a while, I get the rhythm down and I can keep up better and enjoy the workout more and stumble around less. I know I'm not kicking as high or going as low in lunges, but I'm feeling it and that's enough for me right now.
Thanks for getting me off my bum and moving again. I'm glad you're enjoying and using the DVD. Ps -you guys and your sports bras crack me up! Wish I had more to worry about there, but atleast when my stomach gets smaller it should make my top look larger. Still even I hate jumping jacks and jumping rope movements, doesn't Bob realize we jiggle doing all that jumping around?
