Yup, there are 4 workouts you can do separately or do them in combo to make one longer workout. There is 1) a low-intensity cardio, 2)sculpt and tone, 3)high intensity cardio, and 4)bootcamp. The DVD recommends alternating workouts 1 and 2 for the first week, then alternating 3 and 4 for the next week, and back and forth.
Each workout is 20-25 minutes plus there is a warmup/stretch and a cooldown/stretch segment that last 10 min each roughly. It totals to about 45 min I think. (I try not to watch the clock too much while I workout because I end up discouraged at being tired 5 min into it.)
It has several nice options you can listen to the trainer and the music or tune Bob out and just listen to music. Any more BL DVD questions I'd be happy to answer. Anxiously awaiting yours? Didn't you win one Widdlecuddles? I hope it works for you.
