OK, I got it together it took me about an hour and a half. I worked out for about 5 minutes and it was really hard. Then I realized I was doing ROLLING HILLS! Well I should have read the directions better!

I really like it, I think the workouts are going to be just the thing I need to jump start me losing again. I am glad I spent the extra money and got a good one. It doesn't move around or make noise. It is very smooth and has alot of programs. It also came with the heart rate monitor you wear on your chest along with the pulse handle bars. I think I am going to have to build up my time one it though, I am going to start with 5 minutes and add 5 minutes every couple of days or a week. Wow, I am so excited! Wish me luck!
