I tried the (for lack of a better term), butt crunches while I was driving my route on Weds. At first it was easy...then I made a game out of it and tried to see how long I could hold a crunch. I lasted for 15 mins. I think I could have gone longer, but I had to stand up to change my destination sign and I didnt want passengers getting the wrong idea. I did feel a little sore the next day so these things (silly as you feel doing them) really do work. Reese Witherspoon type butt, here I come!
