21 Day Challenge
I have done these in the past and they work well for me. I am starting to get a little bored and need to do something different. I do so many different types of execises (weight training, elliptical, treadmill, pilates, taebo, water exercise) you would think I wouldn't get bored, but I am. I need something to help me keep up my motivation. So here it is...
I will do Pilates everyday for 21 days. Even if I have some other type of exercise planned for the day I will do Pilates in addition to the other exercise. The challenge begins on March 1st. Stop here to check in on me or join me with your own type of 21 day challenge. I will do another challenge in June. It will be Taebo then, that will help me kick it into high gear before summer camp begins and I am wearing shorts almost everyday.
