Exercise Mats

I use a DVD at home currently to work out. Does anyone have any suggestions for what kind of floor mat to get? Is one from Wal-Mart okay? I checked around online and they seem to range from $25 to $250. Any advice on what I should look for or avoid in an exercise mat? Thanks!

Camping Mats

I actually was on a low budget when I was looking for something for working out on.. I ended up in the camping isle at Walmart.. found these cheep blue foam mats that work really good... about a half an inch think. Hope this helps.

Thanks, I will head to Wal-mart tonight. I am never sure if the extra money is worth it for some special reason I don't know, but I guess in the end it's just a floor mat, eh? Thanks so much for the advice.

I don't know if you have a farm and Fleet or anything like it near you but I just found a mat there (my accident) for $15. It's 6x2 and folds up to about 2x2 and is an inch thick. It's like mats I remember from when I was a kid in gym class. I really like it.
Hope you can find one that works for you
