Running

A year ago i hated running now love it this is great i go to the gym 3 times a week and do a long run of about 10-15 miles at the weekend and just be careful what i eat and i just lose it ive lost over 40lbs and hoping to lose more.

I wish I could run. I should make that one of my goals. I have tried in the past and I get about half way down the block and am so out of breath that I just stop and give up.

just go at a steady pace thats what i do and just do a bit longer each time as well.

You're doing great if you're running! As for me, I still need to work on walking!

i done walking then increased gradually to run walk which is a very popular methid for marathons.
