Talking Your Favorite and Least Favorite Cardio?

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering what everyone's favorite and least favorite Cardio activities are? Mine are the treadmill (either walking, running, sprinting, or doing hills). Would like to get on the eliptical trainer more often. But the ones at my gym look a little intimidating.

Least favorite is the Recumbant Bike. Love my bike at home, but gym bikes seem to bother my knees.

Would love to hear your answers!
Have a great Sunday...

~Carrie

I agree the recumbant bike just does not seem natural. I love the treadmill too (no sprinting up hills for me though!)

Favorite Cardio?

My favorite cardio is the eliptical. I have knee pain after an accident and it is the only thing that doesn't bother them. Least favorite is running. Between the knees and boobs, forget about it!

Ok, Carrie you may not like my answer, but I'm going to be COMPLETELY honest with you! Least favorite cardio activity? ALL of them!!!! Favorite cardio activity? NONE of them!!!! I HATE exercise!!!! Probably 1/2 the reason I'm having such a hard time getting into a schedule of it.

Talking

I hear that!! Oddly enough, the machine I detested the most (treadmill) ended up being my favorite. Just find something you like to do, and go for it. Even if it is cleaning house or doing laundry. Blast the radio, dance, and feel the calories burn off! Who cares if you look silly. This is for YOU!

Love,
~Carrie

OK weaverdelooh I guess if I was being completely honest I would have to agree with you... but if I had to choose, I would choose what I mentioned before. I am hoping that the more I do it, the more I will learn to like it I'm hoping!!

lol weaver! I bought a new DVD that does kickboxing for cardio. I really enjoyed that. After punching and kicking for 50 minutes, I felt all of my stress just dissolve away.
