I am anxiously waiting a biggest loser with people over 55. We can not exercise the same, and our bodies are fighting normal eating patterns. I am so frustrated with the attempts and no results. Anyone got any suggestions or help for us oldies.
I know my sister in law lost over 100 pounds doing weight watchers. I don't think she exercised at all. Problem not the best way to do it, but it worked for her.
My suggestion would be walking... it's great exericse and not too hard on the body.
Be sure to take it slow starting out but I think that walking is the best for anyone. I try to talk my mom into walking but she won't do it. My mom is in 59 and has Fibromyalgia. The doc has even told her that doing a little bit of walking will help her out - she just won't do it.
