I can relate...........Bob's been kicking my butt (literally) the past two days.

I am alternating between strengthening workouts with Bob and his cardio.....giving my muscles a break.

I could only handle Bob in person if the pause button on the remote control worked in person

The workouts are great and I look forward to getting the second DVD...........it will be nice to have a variety

I read an article in Oxygen magazine about Kim Lyons and her team. The article stated they exercised 4-6 hours a day. The trainers also worked individually with each contestant while the others did cardio. I have a feeling it wasn't all six hours at a time. They probably had a session in the morning, afternoon and evening. It also said that the gym that is set up by 24 Hour Fitness at the ranch has NO air conditioning!!! I guess it is sweltering in there. I guess you get your workout and sauna at the same time!

You should try switching up the workouts and not doing the same muscles everyday. It's recommened to give each muscle group about 72 hours recouperation after a workout.

I workout in a gym, but I divide my workouts so I don't always work the same muscles.

Mon - Legs
Tues - Chest & Upper Back
Wed - Biceps, Triceps & Shoulders
Thurs - Abs & Lower Back
Fri - Legs

I do legs twice because they are the biggest muscle group.
I do cardio everyday. Hope that helps give some ideas.
