OMG when he comes back you will be a whole new women!! and you are going to drive him crazy ( in a good way) keep going and keep doing the good work!! How often are you doing the workouts? and which ones are you doing? so have you mastered not being in a pretzel?? LOL besides doing the workouts what else are you doing? how many calories are you getting a day! i cried for the past few days, i just decided i would eat and eat and i have i walked and did what i needed to do, but i went way over my calorie intake, iam pulling myself back together and iam starting again today! i just love food, and is what is hard for me, is how we have to eat around my doctor, i wont get into the horror right now, but we struggle with that here, and its hard for me to eat right when she is here... But keep up the good work, yeah bob is good though have you got the first DVD workout, that does different stuff that i like too!

If you only want to get one, I would get the second one. You can mix and match your workouts........Bob is the trainer on the first one, and Kim and Him are on the second one. Both DVD's are great. I got mine at Walmart for under 10 bucks

Sandi morning...
you know it looks easy in the begining and your like you can do that and you can keep going and boy once you are done, and sit down and try to get back up, man you hurt LOL well i wanted to do the workouts every other day, and then do my elliptical, but i find myself doing the dvds most of the week! maybe because its new to me right now! but boy i felt it so bad in my legs last night i woke up a few times, But i know once we keep doing these workouts and get used to them, we will be able to plug away and get ourself toned,, which one are you doing? right now iam doing the first viedo, then next week i might witch to 2 and go back and forth. one i love the kick boxing stuff, and the weights to it! maybe 2 does i dont know, i actually never sat down and watched both of them beginning to end. all i know is i love these and i reccomend these to everyone, trying to get my sister to buy one of them if not both!! Keep up the good work,, and keep going.. remember your accomplishment is and will be awesome!!! and its all what you did...

I have used DVD 1 extensively, and got DVD 2 for Christmas but honestly I haven't opened it yet because I have exercise classes during the week. I hope to try it this weekend and I'll give a review of it then. I'm very excited about it, but not being a Kim fan a bit dubious too. Cheers to everyone using these and getting up and working out! Hooray for you!

I bought The Biggest Loser 2 DVD this past weekend and started on it last night (Monday). Boy do my legs feel sore this morning. Bob really hammers it to you on the Cardio. My wife did the Women's cardio yesterday while I was at work and she said that Kim isn't a piece of cake either. I have to give her kudos though because after doing the women's cardio yesterday, she also did the men's cardio with me last night. I HIGHLY recommend this DVD to anyone looking to get in better shape. Just try and also invest in one of those big workout balls and some hand weights. They use them on the DVD and it is hard to simulate without them. One part you have to hold the balls in front of you and do some rotations with them. I don't have the ball, so I used what I do have. I grabbed a throw pillow, LOL. It did help in keeping my hands in the correct position though.
