Biggest Loser Workout DVD, Vol 1

Question. I am planning to follow the 6 week exercise plan but I am confused. On the dvd it says alternate between Workout 1&3 for weeks 1-3 and workouts 2&4 for weeks 2-4. Am I missing something? That doesn't make sense to me. Its overlapping and it's not 6 weeks. I know what to do instead but that's just weird to me.

I don't have the dvd but maybe you are supposed to repeat 1&3 again for weeks 5 and 6 or maybe it's an error and it was supposed to have stated 2&4 for weeks 4-6. Anybody else have the answer?

Maybe it is to keep you from getting bored and to "fool" your muscles into having to work harder adapting to a new routine. You are supposed to change it up every few weeks to keep your metabolic rate up, muscles challenged, etc.

Who knows?
