Hi All
I am hoping this thread will encourage many responses. We all know that exercise is half of the program when it comes to weight loss (or maybe 1/3rd- another 1/3rd being diet and another 1/3rd being motivation!). If I am exercising, I like listening to some motivational music on my ipod. I even listen to this before I go into a meeting, or if I have a big day ahead of me.
Does anyone else do this too?
I thought we could make a list of motivational/pumping music that we find works for us. Here's some to get us started:
