Hi kim

Is this the real high rate? like 180s but your respitory rate seems like you should be at 105ish? Ive seen it before with two clients, they were checked by cardiologists and if their resting rate was norm, they got the OK to push. Both of these ladies were in the mid 200lbs range and one was a daughter of two retired oncologists who I also trained. I would have them at 188-192 for their cardio. So, what is your resting rate? have you gone 20min cardio yet? If you go for it, go as easy as possible to get to 20min, then you can build intensity.

My resting hr is normal but yes i did cardio every morning for an hour and about 10 min into it i was at 180- 190 which the maching tells me to stay in the 150's so needless to say its always beeping at me. like i said ive been like that since highschool we had to wear heart rate monitors and i've always been beeped at. I'm only 170lbs so not that over weight.. Is it normal for some people then to have such a high heart rate?? hmm oh well i don't even have to push to get above thats the problem, if i push myself i'd be WAY over..

thanks
Kim
