Does anybody know about a walking video put out by LA Weightloss? An associate at works belongs to LA Weightloss and she was talking about this walkiing video which involves walking/marching/lunging in place with a lot of other things. She says it is quite a workout.

I haven't heard about it but have heard about others that sound simular and though I haven't tried them people see to rave about them.

I just wondered if they were really "all that". I just bought a treadmill so I will do a lot of walking one way or the other. I just thought if it was even better than what I could accomplish on the treadmill that maybe I ought to check it out.

I don't know about one put out by LA Weighloss but Leslie Sansone has a lot of walking videos. The entire line of videos are called Walk away the pounds. Her website is www.lesliesansone.com. They sell her videos on www.collagevideo.com.

Thank you for these links. I read in another post about Leslie Sansone but couldn't remember the name when I wanted to look it up. I do a lot of walking and would love to view some workouts on walking.

Thanks for the website! Walking is such good exercise and my friend likes the video because you can do it at home.

I am interested in a walking video b/c when it is too cold outdoors to walk. This happened to me yesterday and I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to make my goal but my daughter and I went shopping all day. I definitely reached my goal and then some. I was so happy at the end of the day!

Where do you live Patty Ann? I think the video is a great idea. I know I just got done working out and taking a shower, it feels great to know that I did it, and that it's OVER for the day! lol

I live in Missouri. An example on the weather...it can fool ya! When you look outside it looks warm outside - beautiful...BUT like today...it is sunny, no wind, but the weather is 40 degrees and it is 2:50pm. These are the days when it is difficult to get through my walk.

Texas can be like that too. It is very sunny outside today but there is also a very cold wind blowing. I came home, turned on the heater and am now snuggled in a comforter behind my computer!
