How many times a week do you do it?

Just wondering how many times a week you all exercise?

I know that on the ranch they work out everyday, is that what we should be aiming for?
I think personally for me, I need to get to the gym about 5-6 times a week, but as of right now, I've only been twice this week, its hard to get my butt there.

I need to lose 72lbs in total.

5-6 days a week, sometimes only 4 but on saturdays I do a double workout to compensate

I work out every day; usually 2 miles of jogging then I'd go weight train. Now, I'm alternating the jogging to 4 days a week.

I work out for 2-2 1/2 hours Mon-Fri...weekends off

The plan is 4-5 times a week. That would include 2 days of personal training, 1 day of swimming, 1 cl**** and 1 day at home on the treadmill or one of my dvds. These days I am mostly doing 3. The personal training and swimming. I am trying to work my way back to 4-5.

I have changed my workouts as the months have passed. Starting out I walked 1 mile every single day...then moved it up to 2 miles every single day. I am now walking 3-6 miles 5-6 days a week. I have also brought in extra workouts - TBL workout ... 3-6 days a week. My workouts always change. I definitely try to walk 6 days a week.

Walking - 5 days a week
PT 3 times a week - 2 1/2 hour high intensity cardio and 1/2 hours weight
Gym cardio - 45 minutes interval training on my own
