Smile Exercise with pain...A little Inspiration...If needed

I have started exercising and boy does it hurt. I am not your normal Jane, I have Fybromyalgia and Reactive Ebstien Barr...layman's terms; chronic pain syndrome in the joints and nerve endings throughout my entire body.

I walk about 3/4 mile in the a.m. and 1 mile in the late afternoon, I have been walking now since June and I am still in pain but I know it is helping with the weightloss. High protein and low carbs also is helpful, but I was told to build up the muscles as much as I can. I refuse pain killers, I hate that cloud nine feeling, and get a tad bit of relief from Ibuprofen and take a Malic Acid supplement.

I just feel if I can find the courage and strength to do this almost anyone can. I want to try and encourage as many people as I can that when they say they can't......think of the one's who are not able. I hope to never be one of the non-ables.

Don't feel sorry for me, that is the farthest thing from my mind, just giving a little inspiration for the one's who need that extra push...
