Wink Protein Shakes

Any of you take them on a daily basis?

If you do, what's your favourite kind?? Right now I have the Strawberry/Banana flavour.

I usually have 1 cup of protein with 1 cup of skim milk.

I use the Trim Advantage Meal Replacement Shakes.
They have 140 Cals a serving and 15g of Protein.
I havent tried the Chocolate, but if it is half as good as the French Vanilla is, I am in trouble, and will order many many cases....McDonalds should sell these instead of their fat laden sorry excuses for shakes.

Are you talking about something like the Slim fast shakes?
I don't use them. I can't imagine they could satisfy me like real food. But they would be a great thing for me to take to work. I have very little time for lunch, and am getting sick to death of Lean Pockets.
What a great idea for McDonald's to sell something like this. One of my favorite 'healthy alternatives' at McDs is the fruit and yogurt parfait. I rarely get one there, but love to make my own at home. A healthy alternative that is really healthy, and delicious!
You're right -- their shakes are terrible. I'd love the option of a grabbing a yummy protien shake at the drive-through. Easy to eat in the car too!

A shake that is filling? HA!! That is what I thought before I tried the ones I use now. I never felt satisfied with Slim Fast or Atkins shakes. But these are a different story. They are costly, but worth every dime spent. Highly NUMMY! They even smell like birthday cake! And they are virtually clump free. I just wish they came in larger denominations than 12.

It's basically a protein powder you mix into milk. I guess it's pretty much the same thing as the Slim Quick stuff...

I have the Metobolic Whey is what they call it...
