Not for the weak of heart

I can post my contest diet if any one wants. Its a low carb that gave plenty of energy. The first few days are tough and its the same thing just about every day. It works great and got me to 3% bodyfat (205lbs on stage at 6'2)

I have heard that eating the same thing for breakfast and lunch is a good idea, too, because (1) you design a menu of really good nutritional foods and (2) you don't have to think about it so you don't make any unwise choices.

That said, I've never done it myself! LOL. I really love a variety of foods, and, fortunately, after being on a weight loss journey for a little over a year now, most of the foods that I love are healthy ones.

But if you are just starting out on weight loss, I think anything that makes the choices easier for you is a really good idea. Make sure you plan to include some lean proteins in your breakfast and lunch, and also consider breaking up your daytime eating into more frequent, smaller meals.
