keeping track

Just thought I'd share this, to reinforce how important it is to keep track of your calories.
I thought I had done pretty well today. And it wasn't bad, but more than I expected.
I logged in everything at my calorie counting site, and was surprised at how high it was.
It's too easy to underestimate your caloric intake. No matter how experienced or how good you think you are at it, you still need to add it all up every once in awhile.
Every bite really does count!

fitday is also a good one, but I find this one more user friendly for me. I find it easier to find the foods that I eat. Just personal prefence though.

This is so true... just writing down the foods helps me so I don't forget some calories somewhere...

I totally agree. I do much better when I am writting everything down. I think it makes me more aware of everything I am eating
