yogurt

I just read an article today about how great yogurt is for you. ( with live cultures) I've always known it, and do eat it, but have been lax lately.
So many positive benefits, how can you afford to not eat it!?!?
Exception of course for those with lactose intolerance.
I was happy to see Kim address the dairy issue on the last show as well. I'm still not sure if it really helps that much, but it's clear to me that it should be a part of my diet.
I know milk isn't for everyone, and some people say all dairy is all bad. Personally, though I think it depends on the person. As we know-- there's no one answer for anything in this world of diet and exercise! Misinformation and confusion run rampant, and we just have to sort it all out, and do the best we can for ourselves.

I love yogurt. I buy plain yogurt in 32 oz containers and add my own fruit and Splenda. Also I use it in cooking, in place of sour cream. I love plain yogurt and a little Worcestershire sauce on a baked potato.

My favorite brand is Nancy's, which is made in Springfield, Oregon. About 20 years ago, I lived in Springfield, right across the street from the dairy where Nancy's was made. I've been hooked on it ever since.
