Have your choc with out cheating
I am a sweet freak and have to have something sweet every day. I have found some great snacks that are not cheating. I do weight watchers and that is what I will base them on. (I get 20 points a day) Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches (several different flavors) are only 2-3 points, weight watchers fudge bars only 1 point, weight watchers ice cream bars or sundae cones are only 2-3 points. These are all very good and do not taste like diet food. This totally cures my cravings and I feel like I got to cheat even though I didn't no guilt LOL.
