Have your choc with out cheating

I am a sweet freak and have to have something sweet every day. I have found some great snacks that are not cheating. I do weight watchers and that is what I will base them on. (I get 20 points a day) Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches (several different flavors) are only 2-3 points, weight watchers fudge bars only 1 point, weight watchers ice cream bars or sundae cones are only 2-3 points. These are all very good and do not taste like diet food. This totally cures my cravings and I feel like I got to cheat even though I didn't no guilt LOL.

I've heard of the skinny cows before also, never tried them but heard there are suppose to be wonderful

They are wonderful and you can get them at a Super Walmart so they are easy to find. Also Lean Cuisine Pizza is also good for a meal where you feel like you aren't dieting.

Skinny cows are good There is a brand called no pudge which are also very yummy. My downfall are sweets too so these help when I need my sweet fix.

The only problems for me is, once I have one piece or one bar, I will want more! Is Skinny Cow the same company as Laughing Cow cheese? I have been looking for it in the grocery store but cannot find anything except the Swiss cheese.

If find that they are big enough to be satifiying. I would try the 10 min rule wait for 10 min and try to do something else during the 10 min if you still want it then concider having another. The good thing is they are low in caleries so if you do cheat with these it isn't as bad. But sticking to one is better. Maybe cut it in half and only have half so when you want another then you can have the other half. Maybe you can fool you mind that way. LOL I find that most my cravings are just in my head not coming from my stomach.

I find that I am always having to "fool myself' into believing things. If I psych myself out that something has filled me up, I will usually do good and stay motivated.

Thanks for the tips on settling a craving. I just had a glass of 2% milk with some choco syrup...I checked the calories and it isn't too bad. I still am under my number of calories for the day. I have absolutely no craving now.

You couldn't have said it any better than this. I have found that when I crave something it is b/c I am bored or thirsty. When I walk to the kitchen to grab a snack I will walk back out with just a water. I feel better about myself when I finish my water and have no urges.

Exactly, it is hard to fight them some times cuz even if they are in your head they seem real, but when you make the right choice nothing beats that feeling. I keep saying to myself "Nothing taste as good as skinny feels" that usually helps me.
