This thread made me laugh so much! Giving popsicles to dogs and hiding ice cream in spinach boxes. LOL!

I tried jello as a dessert, but that doesn't work for me, even when I put fruit in it. I really need something creamy. I'm going to go check out some of these treats -popsicles sound the best because of portion control. Even the small tubs of ice cream dissapear in 1 setting around me.

I also have some chocolate flavored tea from Adagio teas that tastes chocolately, nice with some splenda, but is calorie-free. I try to drink chocolate or vanilla or other yummy teas when I want a dessert, or sometimes I make sweet Chai tea with skim milk, splenda and Adagio's Oriental Spice tea. (If anyone wants a coupon for $5 free at this online tea company let me know and I'll send you one.)

Ps. Laughing cow cheese comes in a circular-shaped box with the cheese in wedges individual portions wrapped in foil. It's great but you may have to look for it. It may be with special cheeses or stashed somewhere else refridgerated, not necessarily with the other cheeses. They sell it at Wal-mart and Krogers I know. Hope you find it, it's great to spread on things.

Jules,

Have you tried fudge cicles? They have sugar free ones that are pretty good. Those and Pudding pops.
