Sweet Freedom

I went out today and looked in the ice cream area - I found the WW bars that you were talking about - I thought they had a lot of calories in them. I found some Swee Freedom bars - there are:

Ice Cream Bars - 90 calories/one bar
Fudge Lites - 70 calories/two bars

I love fudge bars - I couldn't pass this up. When I get a craving then I will eat one of those bars...and not feel guilty.

We buy the weight watchers bars/ Also our fav desert right now is fat free sugar free pudding and I make it with skim milk. I pour it into 2 bowls and put in the freezer for an hour. top it with a little cool whip free and we feel like we are really getting a treat

MMMM That sounds yummy I will have to pick some up tomorrow. The kids would also love it. I love pudding and do have it for snacks but haven't tried it in the freezer. MMMM Can't wait.

That is one thing I love about them is that they are large so you don't feel like you missing out and mmmmm mmmmm mmmmm they are good.

Oh, I love Skinny Cows. A friend who was doing Weight Watchers told me about them. The are kind of expensive, but I figured that was ok -- I would be the only one eating them, right? No more than 1 a day....
Well, my kids decided to try them, and decided they were the best thing going. So, when my skinny kids started eating my skinny cows, I couldn't afford to keep them on hand!
They were good though, and BIG! I always felt satisfied, after one. It took awhile to eat too, because if was frozen. No way I could eat it fast!
I'll have to get some more, and tell my kids, 'hands off!"

My kids love them but I told them no they are moms. I usually buy them a treat and have them in there too so they have a simular snack that seems to help. They don't even ask anymore as they know. But like you said they are too expensive if everyone is going to eat them.

I heard someone at work mention that their kids always ate the skinny cows and she never got any so she started taking them out of the package, wrapping each one individually in plastic, and putting each one in a empty frozen spinach box. Said the kids weren't going near the spinach box so they never touched them! LOL

We have to hide our ice cream from our 4 year old neice. We do keep a box of fat free sugar free fudgicles in the freezer at all times (because they are much less expensive than the weight watcher bars and skinny cows... she understand cause she still gets to have ice cream with us (she usually only eats half of it anyway before she gets bored with it or tried to share it with the dog
