
I have to start this out with a smile b/c I have made some really good choices over the past week. I have chosen water over pop and tea...I have chosen to walk every day...I have also chosen to stop snacking after 7pm each night.

I'm just so excited b/c I have been doing such a wonderful job - I go to bed each night smiling.
My husband didn't work today so I went for my walk this morning after I got the two older kids on the bus...which was 7am. I was out the door walking by 7:15 am and I didn't just do one mile - I walked two miles. I have had 40 ounces of water and it is only noon - my son and I have doc appointments today so we have been out - I took him to McD's and he had his lunch - I ordered a glass of ice water. My son tried to give me some fries b/c they were really soft - I told him "No...I can't eat that." He wondered why and I reminded him that I am trying to lose weight. For me to pass up McD's fries is amazing!
