I have been trying to figure out exactly how long the challenge lasts? Like, how long, from beginning of challange to the final weigh in, did it actually last? I know it had to be longer than the number of shows....Just curious....

From the articles that I have read since the finale stated that they spent 3 months at the ranch and five months at home. So, Erik lost 214 lbs in 8 mo!! Wow!
