Goal: Exercise 5 times per week
June 1: Pilates 20 minute Circle workout, 40 minutes on the treadmill
June 2: Taebo Cardio, 44 minutes
June 3: Taebo Flex, 46 minutes
June 4: Water Kickboxing, 55 minutes
June 5: Walked 4 miles outside with my mom (beautiful day!)
June 6: Day off
June 7: Taebo, 30 minutes
June 8: Walked 2 miles on the track at the gym with mom
June 9: Taebo Cardio Circuit #1, 36 minutes
June 10: Day off
June 11: Pilates 20 minute Circle workout, YogaNow 30 minute Core Workout
June 12: Taebo Cardio Circuit #1, 36 minutes
June 13: Leslie Sansone Walk and Jog, 33 minutes
June 14: Day off
June 15: Taebo Basic (Original Set), 27 minutes
June 16: Day off
June 17: Day off
June 18: Day off
June 19: and yet another Day off
June 20: Yep, can you believe it another Day off..obviously I am struggling
June 21: Day off, I am working on an entire week
June 22: Day off..I'm almost to a full week off
June 23: Nope...didn't exercise
June 24: Oops I forgot to...
June 25: How many days off is that?
June 26: Is it the end of the month yet?
June 27: I just can't get off my behind
June 28: I can't believe it has gone this far
June 29: Nada
June 30: I am so done
