I have to agree with Jules as well. I never buy any junk food or keep any in my apartment. If it's there, I'd eat it and crave it until I give in. I'll treat myself once in awhile to a chocolate bar or something, but even then I only eat half of it, and my bf gets the other half.

The only thing I really have around here for snacks is celery with peanut butter, low fat jello, rice cakes...and then all the other stuff like fruits. I will have frozen yogurt on occasion as well, it's not as bad as ice cream, but tastes pretty much the same.
