Hi there. I just wanted to welcome you to the boards again. It's nice to see new people join the site.

Giving up the foods you love definately isn't an easy thing to do, especially if you are used to eating them all the time. You have to remember that you are only meant to eat for survival...not for pleasure. Start slow if you have to, start by taking 3 or 4 things out of your diet and increase them as you go.

I used to crave McDonald's cheeseburgers every day for almost a year..and I'd give in and have it at least 3-4 times a week...once I started being dedicated to the gym and to a new lifestyle, the cravings stopped. I still think about how good they are, but I haven't done to McDonald's in over 4 months now.
