Amber's Journey
Well, today is the day. I've struggled long and hard with the weight that I have put on and now it is time to put my foot down and get the fat off!! I started this morning with a circuit fitness class I take here at school. 1 hour, 2 times a week. On Tuesday and Thursday I have step aerobics and I shake my fat every night with Bob from the BL DVD. I really have to get it off. I can't take it anymore.
