You're probably right. You're just being too critical, or expecting too much. I'm sure others can see a difference. 39 pounds!! WOW!!
Even if it doesn't show as much as you'd like on the outside, you know how much better you feel! Don't even THINK about being discouraged when you have been so successful!!
