Hmmm -- Jules brings up an interesting point. I have a daughter. She is 10. I want her to be able to look up to women who are strong, confident and smart. She is all those things right now. I don't want her looking up to anyone, because of their looks.
It's one thing to be comfortable in your body, whatever it's size, and another to claim that you're sexier because you're fat. Wow -- wouldn't that be great. We could eat whatever we wanted, sit around all day, and still be sexy.
Yeah, sounds great, but that's not reality. Those of us who do have problems over eating know that you don't feel better when you give in to temptation -- you feel worse -- mentally and physically.
Be proud of who you are, and what you do. But I don't know how you can be proud of that, if you don't even care enough to try take care of yourself.
